Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Our Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for damaged or defective products ONLY. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if it arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All approved returns must be received by us within 30 days of your original invoice date.
Important Notes:
- 
Shipping costs are non-refundable, you are responsible for return shipping.
 
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and try to help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items / Exclusions:
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature or special circumstances. These include:
- Final Sale Items
- Special Order Items
- Clearance Items
- Custom products (such as personalized items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used items

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, notwithstanding the limitations above.
As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand-new condition and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
